Well, the end of the first week found me down 7 pounds! I must say this is going to be the easiest week and I expect far less per week. But the foundation has been laid and I am thrilled. Last night, at my weight work out session, I was pushing at least 20% more weight on all my drills, and in 3 of the stations, I was over 40% more! Amazing how good sleep, good nutrition and a good attitude make the body respond. I am so grateful that my body responds this well at 55. I am looking for a great Christmas at a great weight.
